Born on 25th April 1972 into a humble family, Shri Vipul Goel has journeyed from grassroots social work to policymaking with unwavering dedication. A graduate of Delhi University, he ventured into enterprise while simultaneously engaging in impactful social service. Deeply inspired by the values of Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh and the ideology of the Bharatiya Janata Party, he committed himself fully to public life and nation-building. His compassion and drive have led him to spearhead numerous social initiatives, ranging from providing free quality education to marginalized children, distributing artificial limbs to divyangjans, to organizing weddings for over 2000 underprivileged girls. He has also played a pivotal role in the establishment of an eye hospital and led several healthcare drives, especially benefiting women and children. As a Cabinet Minister, his governance is rooted in solving core issues with a vision for a sustainable, inclusive, and empowered future. Every policy, every initiative under his leadership is a step toward the larger national goal of Viksit Bharat - Viksit Haryana 2047 and an Utkrisht Faridabad.

Elected to the Haryana Legislative Assembly with a historic margin of 44,781 votes, marking the beginning of a dynamic and people-centric political career. This unprecedented mandate reflected the overwhelming trust and hope that citizens placed in his leadership.
Recognized for his dedication and vision, he was appointed as the Cabinet Minister for Industry & Commerce and Environment, where he spearheaded numerous reforms aimed at sustainable industrial growth and ecological preservation.
He surpassed his previous electoral performance by winning with a margin of 48,388 votes, securing 65% of the total votes cast. This overwhelming victory stood as a testament to his continued relevance, effectiveness, and unshakable connection with the people.
